The village of Rocca S.Elmo is the fruit of a dream!
The dream of living in a total and intense immersion in the nature of Sardinia with an immense sea, which forcefully enters every corner of the village. The single-storey houses, of cultured and Franciscan simplicity, are entirely clad in granite and lie gently on the slight slope of the hill that descends towards the sea.
Flat pedestrian paths distribute the houses and flow into a round square that houses a large granite millstone, testimony of Sardinian peasant culture. Other authentic finds of Sardinian craftsmanship communicate with the split granite monoliths that mark the path that leads to the sea. Just 150 meters on foot through the fragrant Mediterranean scrub, the white beaches and the turquoise sea so coveted!

The layout of the houses at Ville Rocca Sant'Elmo, simple and essential, are atypical. It is a house that induces you to live outdoors, perfect for immediately feeling in a holiday dimension. The living area is in fact separated from the sleeping area by a large equipped and partially covered patio, a perfect space to enjoy breakfast as soon as you wake up in front of the sea, or to share convivial moments of the day with friends, or relax and read a book, or to sunbathe in total privacy, or to observe, in the night, the stars so numerous and bright in this part of the sky.
Each house consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom in the sleeping area and a kitchen, bathroom and living room in the living area. All the houses have a garden.
